Vanessa Leon is inspired by the dreams that launched in the storied brands of the Diageo Portfolio: the century-old stories of creative entrepreneurs fighting for what they believed in, striving to go their own way, and breaking barriers to get the job done...together. “The legends of our brands show us that authenticity, passion, and hospitality can take you to great places. With a career spanning more than 16 years, Vanessa’s journey has touched so many facets of hospitality. Ten years behind the stick, including Lead Mixologist for the Miami Heat Arena, led to opportunities in sales and marketing and a stretch representing Diageo’s Tequila Don Julio as a Brand Ambassador in Florida, Kentucky, and Indiana. Today, she thrives in her role as a National Educator, supporting the industry she loves through category and brand education, experiential programs, and building genuine relationships - all while growing her team and expanding her skills and influence.

Vanessa has a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. She likes exploring new places, hosting theme dinners, decorating, and art - all enjoyed with a Tanqueray 50/50 Martini.
