Lauren has a degree in Fashion Design and has been in service industry for more than twenty years. In 2019, the sustainable shift happened, and Lauren started teaching herself more sustainable ways of living. In more recent years, that has been applied to service industry, with intiating swap events, as well as a grassroots campaign, Guerrilla Waste Solutions, to eliminate waste at cocktail events.
