Unlock the full potential of everyday ingredients and up your conscious cocktail game through more than just the bespoke! This class will take attendees on a journey of the many ways to use peels, piths, pits, cores, stems, leaves, and other treasure-laden trash, while also examining whether their labor and energy expenditures outweigh your sustainability dreams. We'll also review a potpourri of outsourcing options for when third-party ingredients are the smarter financial and environmental route for your business/event.
