Sake 201 with WSET

Join WSET for a two-day intensive workshop into all things sake, where you will come away with the following skills:

Understand the key production processes that are used to make sake and how they can affect style and quality. Understand the categories, grades, and specialty styles of sake and the key production choices that are required to create these styles of sake. Understand how to store and serve sake and the key considerations when pairing food and sake.

Materials will be provided in advance, and some preparation will be required.

The workshop will end with a 50-question multiple-choice test.

All successful participants will receive a WSET certificate and lapel pin.

Note: Attendance is required on Wednesday & Thursday if you're accepted to this workshop.
