Jefferson's Ocean Bourbon is aged at the mercy of the sea. Join us to experience bourbon in a whole new way as we flip the common bourbon and meat pairing on its head and offer guests a unique, hands-on experience to learn about sustainable oyster and shellfish farming on the famed Oregon Coast at a working oyster farm and hatchery. Following, we’ll experience these pairings come to life first-hand during lunch at the iconic Schooner restaurant.
